Surely, yoga could change your face and make your two side of face looks symmetry.
Why do the two sides of face look asymmetrical? There are some following reasons.
1.Both of side legs are not the same long, one leg is short, another leg is longer.
2.Like to sleep on side.
3.Like to chew food on one side.
4.Both of side shoulders are not asymmetrical, one is lower, another is higher.
How to resolve above issues?
1.Most of people walk or stand to force by back heel, actually we use the front arch of the foot to exert force together with back heel.
2.Lying flat is the best way to sleep.
3.Better to chew food on two sides, such as right side for 10 seconds, then left side for 10 seconds like cow eating grass.
4.More important that strengthen our back muscles and relax our legs muscles. All yoga standing pose, standhead pose,down wards facing dog could improve our face and anti aging.
