1. It is better to eat any fruit in the morning not afternoon or night. Because most of fruit sugar is a little big or big. It is easy to help body to keep fat in the afternoon or night.
2. Weighing without any food in the morning.

6. Don;t use too much seasoning expect some natural salty and healthy oil when do cooking.Because there are too much energry for most of cooking seasoning.
7. Don’t eat high energry animal fat etc food.Because our body don’t need too much this.It will bring us more burden to digestion and metabolism. Finally, will be coverted into fat and stored in our body.
