I am 36 years old, and divorced in 2023(end of last 11 years' married life) and raising a son by alone. Actually, i focus on high quality active wear manufacturing for nearly 10 years. In the past of 7years, i met some big challenges on my career and married life. I feel very very tired every day whatever body also spirit. No any smile on my face and my weight loss too quickly. 

I start to do yoga since 2020, and now last 5 years. It changed my life and let me have 100% courage to give up bad married life and accept big challenge business. Finally, i have enough power to choose another new lifestyle.
